We offer a national, professional accompanied viewing service. We can be at any property in England and Wales within two hours and our Attendants operate from 8am through to 8pm, 7 days a week.

Accompanied viewings

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a property is: built, sold or rented. You must order an EPC for potential buyers and tenants before you market your property to sell or rent.

Keys: pick-up

Our key management process is secure and fast. We can collect the keys from you for a small fee or you can have them delivered to us (which is a cheaper option). Clients can send copies of the keys to us, guaranteed next day to our office:

We use an internal postal system to ensure keys are delivered to our attendants speedily and securely. All keys are sent with a unique code (given at time of your booking). This code allows the keys to be sent without any addresses, ensuring the security of the property whilst keys are in transit.

Upon completion of the appointment you can:

• Arrange to Hand keys over, to the tenant/buyer/other nominated, in person (fee applicable)
• Request the keys to be sent to an address by post (free, and a signed for postal service).

This is only required when the property is vacant or when the occupier is not available for access (post-notification of access required)
