Sell with Tenants

Mrs O had a one-bedroom purpose build flat that she wanted to sell. The property was tenanted and wanted to sell to reduce her portfolio without disrupting the tenants.

Mrs O was struggling to find a buyer that was happy to accept the flat with the tenants in situ. Since listing, we found an investor who was happy to buy with sitting tenants and with the same contract in place and we achieved over the asking price.
