New research by agency prospecting tool Spectre revealed 14% of sellers switched agent during the first six weeks of 2023 – a figure up from 7.12% during the same period last year. Is it ok to change estate agents?

When you give notice you may have to pay a fee or penalty but this will ultimately depend on the small print in your contract.

Is it worth using multiple estate agents?

While the norm is to use one agent, employing two or more agents for a multi-agent property sale is certainly possible.
