Landlord sells multiple property portfolio

Mr S was looking to reduce his portfolio in Liverpool and they were all rented with tenants in situ. The landlord wanted to sell multiple properties at the same time all with tenants in place. After a week of listing the properties to our investors, we have sold two out of the three listed to investors who are happy to take existing tenancies over.
