Portfolio Landlord sells properties

After successfully selling another property, Mrs B had listed with us, she asked us to sell another as she wanted to reduce the size of her portfolio. After creating the marketing and arranging an open house, we have sold the second property. Both properties, the owner received multiple offers and we agreed the sale to the most proceedable buyer at the highest price.
